The others are still open, but this one just opened today, and is slightly different.

With this program, a client invests a minimum of $1M or more and received 80% net every 2 weeks. The POF for this program needs to be in the form of a tear sheet, and then from there it can be as simple as a bank statement of any kind. The POF has to be resubmitted every 2 weeks to show that the client still has funds in their account. Failure to do this, will result in the client being banned from the program.

I am not new to the note business but had to take some time off. Have had some serious life changes. I look forward to working/networking with you all here on the TMCG Network.

A little bit about me, I do have little real estate experience and I do mean a little. What I Can say is I have sales and some advertising and marketing experience. I have being dealing with REO sales and buying of REO’s and learning a lot. Man REO is very simple but it seems everyone is money hungry being that way is the reason why some deals won't go nowhere but there are a few that are real people with real product and is serious about closing deals. I am a Rep for a Real Estate investor looking for product for him and rep.
