Time wasters, BSers, Tire Kickers, etc are all the same. We just sometimes use different terminology when speaking about them. One of my biggest pet peeves when it comes to business, is all the "time wasters" that are out there. I find people and their no explanation of why they do not wish to do business with you very hilarious. I was emailed the other day of a potential deal from an associate that I hear from once in a blue moon (so to speak). This associate had 3 packages available from Bank of America of REOs and NPNs.
